Your property address is used to evaluate the property at that specific address, review the information supplied about the property, prepare an estimate range for human review, and evaluate the property based on the disclosures and condition information you provide. Your name and email address are used to communicate with you about your offer and the sale process. A phone number is optional. If you separately opt in to SMS, your phone number may be used for non-marketing text updates about your inquiry. Email is the contact path for an inquiry submitted without SMS consent. Your phone number is never sent to any language model or artificial intelligence system. If language-model analysis is enabled for an inquiry, property details may be processed to prepare an estimate range and report for human review. An estimate is not a guaranteed offer. Dedicated name, email, phone and messaging-consent fields are excluded from the valuation input snapshot. Do not put contact details into property-condition notes. No external valuation model is called by the inquiry component by default. None of your information is used for advertising, marketing profiling, or sold to any third party.
